We offer a large selection of bicycle components from different manufacturers. There are over 4500 products in our portfolio. We ship to all of Europe (For legal reasons, we cannot distribute bicycle parts of the brand KCNC in Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal and France.)

The COOOLstore is our online B2B store. Here you can order quickly and easily.

You can register in our COOOLstore at any point. Please be aware that without registration, you are not able to see some Information. We give everyone the ability to browse our products including RRPs, but to view stock levels and trade prices you need to be registered.

To make your B2B shopping experience as smooth as possible, the COOOLstore has several helpful functions. Here is a quick rundown:

direct order

With direct order you can search by article number or EAN. This is helpful if you have already ordered and know what you are looking for, or if you have one of our catalogues. Each product that you search for will be added to your custom product list. With one click you can then add all to your cart.

Quick Order provides you with a simplified interface. With a couple of clicks you can navigate shop categories, input quantities, and add to cart.

pre-order

To help us ensure timely delivery, every retailer has the option of pre-ordering in our COOOLstore. For more information, click on "pre-order" above.

account area

You have access to several tools in your account area:

1) order history and order lists

In "order history" you can view your previous orders and if you so wish, re-order with one click.

If you click on "my shopping list", you can create personalized order lists, which you can add to cart with just one cilck.

2) price list

There is a price list for all products in your account area, including article and EAN numbers. You can download the list in pdf, xls and csv file formats.

3) tickets

If you have a problem with your product or order you can start a ticket at any point. This is relayed directly to our support team, so we can get to work immediately.

delivery

In our COOOLstore a minimum order volume of 200€ is required for the first order. After that, there are no more requirerments. You can see the delivery costs for the different regions in the following list:
